KAMA YOGA  - TRADITIONAL TANTRA YOGA

Rooted in the ancient wisdom of the Vedas and the healing science of Ayurveda, this āsanas practice is performed by lying on the floor while focusing on intrinsic relaxation of the physical body and the conscious mind. This sequence will meditate you into the Deepest Essence of your Being , where True Self abide. From this space of infinite stillness , authentic expression will be found . When we totally relax, True Self can reveal itself to us. In this practice we wont be treating our body as an object , but recognise it as a sacred tool for Divine Expression. Tantra Yoga teaches the body how to meditate Itself . As a Traditional Tantra practice from the Kaula lineage of radical Embodiment, this Yoga can catalyse an experience of Unbounded Awareness.
